Relationships are messy, complex, but most of all they are the most rewarding investment. No matter the setting, relationships our characters at the table build are as real as the ones we have right in front of us. I created this game to explore contemporary relationships for any characters in any world. Throughout play, characters are encouraged to explore what it means to build a bond with someone, realizing it's not always an easy road. You may not always be able to see eye to eye, but you can work to overcome differences.  However some relationships will only leave you taking away negativity, and some relationships will leave you drained and in desperate need for some R&R. There is more than one way to love someone, and no one way to show you care. Talking Hearts seeks to explore all of this and more, in a game about human emotion and how we grow together and grow apart. 

This game is in development and has not yet been play-tested. Any feedback is welcomed in the comments, and copies have been made freely available. I hope you find some small joy and a voice to tell your story through this game.
